Why are you asking for my event date and delivery date?

We want to ensure that you receive your order on time for your event and delivered when you are available to accept it.

NOTE: During the months of April thru June we may need longer to produce your order.

How do you ship packages?

We ship using USPS delivery services.
Once a package is turned over, USPS terms and conditions of delivery apply to your order.

Do you offer Saturday delivery?

Yes, USPS will deliver on Saturdays

When will expedited shipping be applied to my order?

Orders needed in 7-12 working days pay no premium processing fees. Depending on where you live, you may have to pay for air shipping to get your products on time.

When will Next Day shipping be applied to my order?

Next day air is available at the buyers expense

USPS Priority Mail (for shows 10 working days away)
Rush Shipping (for shows 6-9 working days away)
Expedited shipping (for shows 5 or less working days away)

How are window decals shipped?


Do you ship internationally, including to Canada?

Yes, however a quote for international shipping charges is required. The website does not apply a shipping fee for international orders. A customer service representative will contact you once we receive your web order to provide a shipping quote.

We accept all major credit cards.   Your credit card will be charged immediately when your order is placed

Can Horse Show Supplies bill me?

Yes, we can send you an invoice.  Your order will not be processed until payment is received.

Does Horse Show Supplies offer any discounts?

At various times throughout the year, Horse Show Supplies has special offers and discounts.  Join the mailing to be kept informed of the good deals!


Return Policy

What is your return policy?

The policy is as follows:
- All “Stock” or “Quick Ship” merchandise may be returned with a restocking fee equal to 10% of the merchandise value.
- Custom Printed or engraved products cannot be returned unless we made an error in customization or your awards arrived damaged.
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number. Please call Customer Service (1-800-556-2440) prior to any return for return approval and a return authorization number. This number allows both you and Horse Show Supplies to track the progress of your shipment back to us.


Printing and Customization

Can I print my logo on my number order?

Yes. With the order of custom back numbers, your logo can be printed on your numbers.  There is a minimum quantity necessary with all custom orders.


How can I place an order?

You can place an order thru the website.  If you have what you believe is a challenging order you can call 253.208.3332 for further assistance.


How long will it take to make my order?

Most products are manufactured 9-12 working days after we receive your approval to begin production. Larger or complex orders will require more production time.

Can I place a Rush order?

Yes. We will accept orders for faster delivery when possible and premium processing fees will be incurred
